Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property and real estate market to drive portfolio growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute innovative business development and sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, property valuations, and customer requirements to stay ahead of market movements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and investment pitches tailored to client and investor needs.
  • Track key performance indicators, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organization at property expos, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
