David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global fintech company that provides traders worldwide with access to a wide range of financial instruments innovative trading tools and professional support in a secure regulated environment. Who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai UAE

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive presentations negotiate effectively and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent/ native in English (C1) with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in similar role.
  • Solid understanding of industryspecific products and services enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
