Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is experiencing steady growth in the region and is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Dubai office. This is a pivotal role supporting Partners across multiple practice groups, with a strong focus on developing client relationships and increasing the firm's visibility across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with the firm’s regional and global objectives.
• Work closely with Partners to identify and pursue new client opportunities across key sectors.
• Lead the creation of high-impact, persuasive, and tailored pitches and proposals.
• Drive internal initiatives to improve cross-selling across practice areas.
• Support thought leadership, campaigns, events, and sponsorships in the region.
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to help shape BD strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a Business Development Manager role within an international law firm.
• Strong proposal and pitch writing skills – able to craft clear, articulate, and sector-relevant content.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East market and cultural dynamics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is highly desirable.
