About the job : Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in consulting and digital transformation, and will be responsible for identifying opportunities, driving client acquisition, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Synpulse in the Middle East.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles in collaboration with internal consulting and delivery teams.
• Manage partnerships and alliances to expand the firm’s footprint and service offerings.
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and pitch presentations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline through market intelligence, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
• Represent Synpulse at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Provide regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs.

About you : Qualifications & Experience

• 10-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting in the financial services or fintech sector.
• Strong network within banking, wealth management, or insurance in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Preferred

• Knowledge of core banking platforms, digital banking solutions, or transformation consulting.
• Previous experience working with or for a management consultancy.
