The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our reach in the UK, US, Middle East, and European regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international sales, a proven ability to close deals, and the drive to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Engage with B2B and B2C clients internationally to present Xcademias portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Conduct virtual demos, client pitches, and negotiations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure CRM accuracy.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and market expansion.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in international business development or sales (EdTech/Training/IT services preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving targets in international markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and global outreach platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently while driving measurable results.
