Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager for a European Interior Build & Contracting Group. The role involves securing new business opportunities in the luxurious villa fit-out market, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading project negotiations. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of UAE sales experience in Joinery and Fit-Out sectors, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The salary is AED 20,000 to 25,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the luxury villa fit-out market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and private clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals.
  • Lead project negotiations and close high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project feasibility.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Skills

UAE proven B2B sales experience in Joinery, FFE or Interior Fit Out
Strong technical knowledge of joinery and fit-out detailing
Excellent network in interior design and construction industry
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Valid UAE driving license

Education

Any graduation in related field

Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the luxury villa fit-out market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and private clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals
  • Lead project negotiations and close high-value contracts

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Skillsets
  • Min 5-7yrs of UAE proven B2B sales experience in Joinery, FFE or Interior Fit Out, specifically for Luxury Villa projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of joinery, carpentry, woodworking, bespoke furniture, materials, and fit-out detailing
  • Excellent network of contacts within the interior design and construction industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and AutoCAD layouts
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
