Porsche Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Intern to support the BD leadership team and gain exposure to daily operations. You will assist with strategic topics, prepare leadership presentations, and help manage performance reporting and market briefings.

Responsibilities

• Gaining insights into the BD Department's daily operations.
• Overseeing activities like business plan coordination and data management.
• Support to the BD leadership team on strategic topics.
• Assist in creating leadership presentations for reviews and meetings.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc performance reporting.
• Assist in drafting and coordinating importer contracts.
• Prepare market briefings and presentations for the team.
• Coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences and events.
• Occasionally cover HQ reception when required.

Business Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Gaining insights into the BD Departments daily operations
• Overseeing various activities for the team, including business plan coordination, importer and deal data, etc.
• Personal assistance to the Business Development leadership team to support them on strategic topics
• Support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings
• Managing monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc performance reporting
• Supporting the coordination and drafting of importer contracts
• Support in creating and adapting market briefings, building presentations and ad‑hoc administration to support the team
• Coordination of department meetings, workshops, conferences and events
• From time to time, covering the HQ reception desk when required

Qualifications

• Passion for cars and interest in the Porsche brand
• University studies in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Excellent oral and written English language skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Internship Compensation

• International Students: 2,936 AED monthly income, company provided accommodation & transport, working visa and health insurance, 5 days annual leave
• Local Students (already in UAE): 3,436 AED per month (inclusive of transport allowance), working visa and health insurance (if needed), 5 days annual leave
