Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fitout contracting space
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients contractors and stakeholders
  • Perform market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive dynamics
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate terms and close contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and project expectations
