Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into active clients
  • Identify client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of home country experience in telesales or B2B sales
  • Experience in FinTech, HealthTech, or Recruitment / HR / Services industry preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in selling services is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Candidates currently in the UAE preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
