An ideal candidate will have freight forwarding sales experience and a strong track record of creating, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This individual will excel at identifying and qualifying leads while leveraging a consultative sales approach to secure deals with both new and existing customers, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Generating new business leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Consistently follow up on potential leads by scheduling meetings, demos, and securing senior management support when needed.
  • Identify client needs and work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, positioning SFS as a trusted service provider.
  • Manage complex negotiations and close deals with both new and existing customers.
  • Respond to pricing requests promptly, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Use CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor sales performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  • Maintain strong market knowledge by tracking competitors, industry trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Align with company sales policies and strategies while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through a consultative and solution-driven approach.
