The Business Development Associate (BDA) role sits within Direct Outbound Sales and is a core engine for FlapKap’s growth. The BDA is responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, booking qualified meetings, and conducting initial pre-screening of SME clients before handover to a Commercial Manager (CM). This role is designed as both a performance-driven sales position and a structured development pathway. BDAs will build strong outbound sales skills, improve financial literacy, and gain hands-on exposure to SME financing, with a clear progression route into a Commercial Manager role.
