Job summary

A leading company in the TIC industry is actively seeking a Business Development Consultant for their UAE operations. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring sales compliance in the MENA region. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales. This full-time position is based on-site with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qmaizen Quality is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Consultant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry and a strong sales background within the Egypt and MENA markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the TIC industry across Egypt and the MENA region

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends

  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Ensure business development activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully

  • Track KPIs and sales targets and report performance to management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the TIC industry

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and trade regulations in Egypt and the MENA region

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills

  • Preferred certifications related to ISO and regulatory compliance

  • Nationality preference: Filipino, African, or Arab (preferably Syrian or Tunisian)
