• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, or tech company.
• Understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth to advise on crypto and consumer regulations.
• Oversee yield, DeFi and derivative products and relevant frameworks.
• Support NIAPs, new product launches, and rollouts for crypto features.
• Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
• Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are clear and defensible.
• Translate evolving regulation into actionable product-ready requirements.
• Conduct horizon-scanning and support BAU compliance activities including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics.
• Enable the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to our crypto teams. In this hands-on role, you'll actively shape how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across all markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee yield, Defi and derivative products and relevant frameworks
• Supporting NIAPs, new product launches, and rollouts for crypto features
• Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials
• Owning post-launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
• Translating evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements
• Conducting horizon-scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics
• Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
• Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
• Experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing technology company, or strategy consultancy
• An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
• Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

Experience in the crypto industry
