Job Description
- Drive commercial growth across wholesale, key accounts and B2B channels
- Manage relationships with retailers, distributors and corporate clients. Big focus on driving business development across distributor and wholesale accounts
- Create and implement sales plans that increase revenue and strengthen partnerships
- Deliver operational improvements and support the shift to more tech-enabled systems
- Oversee store performance through the Retail Manager and ensure smooth operations
- Run and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and structure
- Lead, guide and upskill a junior team while maintaining a supportive culture
- Assess organisational needs and recommend future talent improvements over time
- Work closely with a creative founder to turn ideas into actionable plans that scale the brand
The Successful Applicant
- 8-10 years of commercial background in consumer, retail or related sectors with experience building brands through distributors and wholesale partners. Ideally someone who can hit the ground running with existing relationships across key retailers where the brand can be placed
- Proven track record managing key accounts and opening new retail or distribution doors
- Comfortable shaping commercial strategy while staying hands-on with day-to-day execution
- Strong operational mindset with experience improving systems, processes and ways of working
- High emotional intelligence with a calm, supportive style that brings the existing team with them through change
- Thrives in founder-led, creative environments and can translate ideas into structured, realistic plans
- Confident assessing team structure and organisational needs then recommending practical improvements over time
