Business Coach
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support and advice to our clients in order to help them achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coaching sessions with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
• Develop customized plans and strategies for clients based on their specific goals and objectives
• Provide guidance on various business aspects such as marketing, sales, operations, finance, etc.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and accountability
• Analyze client data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on relevant business topics
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Coach or similar role
• Strong knowledge of business principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Pakistani languages is an advantage)
