Job Title: Business Associate / Sales Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Onsite – Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Associate / Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic with strong English communication skills, bringing 3–5 years of experience in a dynamic business environment. This role is focused on administrative support, client success, and lead management, with a preference for candidates who have experience in administration, and leads management, pre‑sales and after‑sales tasks.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Sales team mainly and will coordinate with Support team when needed by ensuring smooth administrative processes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly under the guidance of the Sales Team, aligning daily activities with their strategic direction.
  • Coordinate closely with sales colleagues to ensure smooth handovers, share updates on lead progress, and jointly strategize on client engagement.
  • Assist the sales team in tracking and reporting sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecast updates.
  • Participate in sales meetings and discussions to provide technical input, share insights from client interactions, and support sales initiatives.
  • Act as the main leads manager with a targeted list of clients to approach and introduce the company’s solutions.
  • When needed to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and long‑term retention.
  • Manage and qualify incoming leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely and structured follow‑ups.
  • Conduct cold‑calling and outreach campaigns to generate new opportunities and strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Handle pre‑sales activities, including understanding client requirements, coordinating demonstrations if required, and preparing initial proposals.
  • Support post‑sales processes by addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate / Prepare technical and commercial documentation required for proposals, tenders, and client submittals.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as documentation control, reporting, and maintaining organized client files.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO processes, internal quality protocols, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and elevate the overall client experience.
  • Build and nurture professional client relationships with a strong customer‑centric mindset.

Requirements
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • 3–5 years of experience in administration, client success, account support, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of working in a fast‑paced business environment.
  • Experience in managing leads and having cold‑calls.
  • Preferable background in pre‑sales and after‑sales services.
  • Account Management Experience
