Job Description
This is a remote position.
Functional Responsibility
- Responsible for gathering and translation of business and technical requirements into business requirement documents for the development team
- Responsible for stakeholder management, working as a mediator between Technical IT partner and Business partners.
- Responsible for project management, planning project delivery timelines and achieving it.
- Responsible to design Insightful screens and reports through wireframes.
- Responsible for managing escalations.
- Ensure testing of the new developments / new products are planned and executed as per the SLA agreed with the client
Process Adherence
- Prepare and retain project documentation like BRD, FSD, Project Plan, sign-off emails etc. for audit requirement.
Requirements
1. Essential Qualification : Graduate. PGD / MBA will be preferred
Experience
- 1-6+ years
- Preference will be given to candidates who are having experience of working on BI & Analytics projects in a bank / BFSI or IT projects related to the credit / risk / operations unit of the bank.
3. Skills / Qualities required :
- Good understanding of banking domain
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Ability to deliver results under stringent timelines
- Flexibility to work on areas other than area of expertise if the situation demands.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Ability to analyze the data and propose screens and reports though wireframes that can bring value to business.
