Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with product owners, developers, and QA testers to deliver effective solutions
• Map out and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to enhance alignment
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to clarify requirements
• Support the testing process by developing test cases and guiding users through user acceptance testing
• Provide ongoing stakeholder support and documentation throughout project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
