About the role

At the intersection of business strategy and cutting‑edge robotics, this Business Analyst / Solution Developer role offers a unique opportunity to drive autonomous solutions from concept to implementation. Working in close partnership with our technical sales engineering teams, you’ll translate client operational challenges into robotics‑based solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Drive the customer analytics and solution development agenda
• Design solutions based on the customer journey
• Analyze and understand customer needs and requirements
• Lead and drive the building of solutions together with Product, Operations and Technology teams
• Build and maintain cost and pricing models
• Perform market analysis and market research to identify and build ICPs and target segments
• Collaboration with customers and partners teams to build trusting and meaningful relationships
• Brand representation: Represent SteerAI at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in business development, consulting, corporate development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the technology, defense, or logistics sectors.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of autonomous driving systems and robotics, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
• Regional Expertise: Experience from working in the Middle East preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Arabic is a very strong plus.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel across the region as required
