Job summary

International Schools Partnership in Dubai is seeking a Bus Nanny to ensure child safety on the school bus, maintain orderly conduct, and keep transport records. This full-time role aligns with school hours and includes morning and early afternoon shifts.

You will report to the Transport Coordinator and School Operations Manager, support safeguarding, cleanliness, and data entry in the School Management System, and participate in occasional evenings or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across all school areas.
• Follow cleaning duty rota and responsibilities.

Key Duties

• Working as a bus nanny at the start and end of the day – always ensuring the safety of each child
• Managing pupil behaviour in a positive manner
• Report behavioural issues to the Transport Officer
• Maintaining records of pick up and drop off times
• Report on transport issues to the Transport Coordinator
• Taking new student registration for transport service
• Plan emergency transport requirements and other management requirements, when required
• Ensuring staff and parent satisfaction
• Communicating with staff and parents where applicable
• Maintain and ensure accurate records of data in the School Management System
• Inform Transport Officer of any safeguarding issues
• Keeping all areas of the school spotlessly clean
• Follow cleaning duty rota and responsibilities
• To provide quality services for customer requirements
• Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities
• First Aid experience and training

To be line managed by the Transport Coordinator and School Operations Manager.

Full-time role, aligned with school operational hours (Monday to Thursday - 6am to 4pm; Friday - 6am to 12:30pm; Saturday – holiday; Sunday - 8am to 3pm - 6 hours) occasional evening and holiday work.

Holidays: 30 calendar days per academic year.
