Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Supervisor in Abu Dhabi for civil and structural supervision. The role involves technical delivery, site inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards across projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in engineering with 5–10 years of supervision experience, and preferably SOE & DMT registration or Musanada exposure. Join a global engineering team delivering complex infrastructure in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma from a recognized university.
• 5–10 years of demonstrable supervision and construction experience.
• Preferable SOE & DMT registration.
• Previous Musanada experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery: Interacting with clients and contractors to determine project requirements.
• Preparing inspection reports and site records.
• Performing civil and structural tests.
• Providing general inspection on construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure workmanship.
• Identify non-conforming works and coordinate corrective actions with responses.
• Collaborate and work as part of a team with engineers to solve design problems.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and site investigations.
• Liaise with remote teams to facilitate project completion.
