We will count on you to:
  1. Assist brokers in the end-to-end placement of Facultative placements, ensuring smooth operations between the Placement team and CSS team.
  2. Respond to client queries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  3. Regularly update management on issues and progress to ensure quality client service.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and reinsurance companies to effectively communicate client demands.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic changes and ensure adherence to standards.
What you need to have:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in reinsurance placements.
  2. Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  3. Strong communication and effective influencing skills with a transformative mindset.
  4. Experience in a large, complex global organization demonstrating a desire to succeed in a demanding and innovative environment.
  5. Self-starter with a track record of seamless and strong organizational skills.
