Job summary

A construction company in Dubai is seeking a proactive NOC Engineer to manage No Objection Certificate processes for a major bridge construction project. The successful candidate will coordinate with government agencies and utility providers to secure timely approvals, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate smooth project execution. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of NOC coordination experience, preferably in the UAE, and have strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NOC coordination, preferably on infrastructure or bridge projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's regulatory landscape and procedures related to infrastructure development.
• Familiarity with submission platforms such as Dubai RTA eNOC system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit NOC applications to relevant authorities for bridge construction.
