The Branding Specialist helps shape how ADNOC is visually represented and experienced by employees, partners, stakeholders, and wider audiences. The position combines strategic brand development with hands-on creative execution, translating organizational priorities and complex business messages into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communication. The role safeguards brand consistency while encouraging innovation across campaigns, corporate materials, events, presentations, and digital channels. Its contribution supports stronger brand recognition, stakeholder engagement, communication effectiveness, and the consistent presentation of ADNOC 's corporate identity.
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor 's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline and have at least 6 years of professional experience in branding, graphic design, visual communication, or a closely related field. Strong experience delivering corporate branding projects, visual identity programs, communication campaigns and high-quality design materials is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of brand strategy, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, composition and communication design principles. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required. The role also requires the ability to manage multiple assignments, provide creative direction, work effectively with agencies and vendors, and communicate branding requirements to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
