Job summary

Dentsu Creative in Dubai seeks a senior Brand Strategy expert to shape growth for clients across the MENA region. You’ll lead with authentic voice, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and push for transformative, award-winning ideas across media and CX.

You’ll nurture a thriving strategic community, guiding client workshops, developing frameworks, and mentoring others while delivering impact for iconic brands.

Qualifications

• A sparkling intellect, boundless optimism, strong opinions, and the courage to lead with authenticity.
• Brand strategy experience from a top agency, including the KSA and MENA region.
• Projects range from integrated campaigns to consultancy; adept at running workshops and briefing campaigns.
• Evidence of working on truly integrated campaigns with big and small budget clients.
• Experience in value proposition development and consultancy for new product & service development.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction of our clients in MENA across any medium and channel.
• Work closely with creatives to develop award-winning ideas that drive business growth.
• Push the overall quality of DC's strategic and creative output in partnership with leadership.
• Support and lead new business opportunities.
• Generate new growth opportunities on existing clients with agency leadership.
• Build and mentor diverse strategic thinkers and contribute to the culture of the agency.
• Form strong client partnerships, guiding clients across all areas of the business.
• Create and manage effectiveness frameworks and write case studies for successful campaigns.
• Deliver for MENA with opportunities to work on global projects.
