Location: Damas Medical Center

Supervises: Content Creators, Copywriters, Designers, Videographers, Social media specialist, Competitive Analysis & Marketing Effectiveness Analyst , Agencies

Job Summary

The Brand & Content Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Damas brand identity and Damas Services, content strategy, and creative direction across all communication channels. This role ensures that the Damas visual and verbal messaging reflect the brand’s / service’s values, build trust, and drive engagement and patient acquisition. The manager oversees storytelling, content creation, and campaign development — ensuring consistency, creativity, and compliance with medical marketing ethics.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
  • Define and maintain the brand’s / Services identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines across all platforms.
  • Develop the brand architecture for all service lines (laser, injectables, skin, dental, etc.).
  • Ensure all communications align with the clinic’s positioning and core values.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency across channels and partners.
  • Collaborate with management to evolve the brand’s image and perception in the market.
Content Strategy & Production
  • Build and manage the content calendar (monthly and quarterly) across digital and offline media.
  • Supervise photo and video shoots for treatments, doctors, and patient testimonials.
  • Manage storytelling for services — highlight benefits, safety, and patient experience.
  • Lead production of educational, promotional, and brand-building content.
  • Ensure all content complies with medical advertising standards and ethical guidelines.
Digital & Social Media Management
  • Oversee content across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and website.
  • Optimize each platform’s content to drive engagement and patient inquiries.
  • Monitor content performance analytics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize accordingly with Creative team to align creatives with campaigns to be successful.
  • Align with Digital team objective and support with creatives.
Internal & External Coordination
  • Collaborate with doctors and service heads for medically accurate content.
  • Lead creative directions with internal designers and external production agencies.
  • Coordinate with influencers, and partnerships for brand amplification.
  • Train internal staff to maintain brand tone and visual quality.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track brand awareness growth, engagement rate, and content ROI.
  • Prepare monthly content and creative performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements in creative direction and messaging based on insight
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, or marketing communication, preferably in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience in leading creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters, etc.) and managing multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and creative direction.
