Job summary

RemoteConnect in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a skilled Body Repair Master to repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies to original condition. This role requires experience in body repair and the ability to work with a range of tools and equipment.

You will inspect damaged vehicles, plan repairs, weld and reshape panels, sand and paint to match, and maintain a safe, organized work area while communicating repair timelines and costs to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role.
• Experience with welding equipment, sanders, paint guns, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed.
• Plan and execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Weld and reshape damaged panels using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Replace any damaged parts with new ones as needed.
• Sand, prime and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and costs.
• Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
