Body Repair Master

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our automotive repair shop in El-Ain. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This includes performing bodywork, painting, and finishing tasks on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles and develop repair plans accordingly
• Perform bodywork repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and rust repair
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix paint colors to match vehicle specifications and apply paint using various techniques such as spraying or brushing
• Finish repairs by buffing, polishing, and waxing the painted surface
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Keep track of materials used and maintain an inventory of supplies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, tools, and materials
• Excellent manual dexterity with an eye for detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and repair manuals
• Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting, and working with tools
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
