Qualifications

Specialist level training in pediatric emergency care.
Strong clinical assessment, stabilization and resuscitation abilities.
Effective communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, stabilize, and manage pediatric patients in the Emergency Department.
Deliver timely, evidence-based treatment for pediatric emergencies.
Manage pediatric resuscitation and critically ill patients.
Perform emergency procedures within clinical scope.
Coordinate care with pediatric specialists and ICU teams.
Determine admission, referral, discharge, and follow-up plans.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Participate in governance, quality improvement and safety initiatives.
Support teaching, training, and supervision of junior medical staff.
Comply with UAE regulations and hospital policies.
