Job description
Primary Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Blackboard Learn (user accounts, roles, permissions, course content)
- Ensure uninterrupted LMS functionality & resolve technical issues quickly
- Support and train faculty & students on Blackboard usage and best practices
- Coordinate LMS upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring
- Integrate Blackboard with SIS and third-party tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace, LTI, SSO, APIs)
- Maintain course structure, templates, and digital learning assets
