Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of digital design and construction workflows, maintaining high standards of quality, coordination, and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans across all projects.
• Oversee coordination of 3D, 4D, 5D models with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct clash detection, ensure model accuracy, and resolve design/construction conflicts.
• Manage BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.).
• Train project teams on BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Generate reports and visualizations to support project planning, cost estimation, and management.
