Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in smart cities, BIM, GIS, or digital twins.
• Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects, especially in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of engineers, developers, and data scientists.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical leadership in BIM, GIS, and digital twin solutions.

Skills

Expertise in BIM GIS smart city technologies and digital twin platforms

Strong leadership project management and strategic planning skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, Python

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Computer Science, or Geospatial Science

Master's or Ph.D. preferred
