Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound chats and calls to assist users.
• Promote platform features, offers, bonuses, and promotions.
• Support users with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and general queries.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and user interactions.
• Use Excel for tracking data, updating reports, and monitoring performance.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication.
