Job summary

Work corp is seeking a Tutor in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The role offers a monthly salary of 1100 AED and Visa sponsorship for qualified non-residents.

Responsibilities include developing personalized lesson plans, delivering instruction across subjects, monitoring progress, and communicating with parents about progress and concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or the equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tutor.
• Native English speaker or bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

• Develop lesson plans for each student's individual needs based on their current educational level, progress and goals.
• Provide instruction in one or more academic subject areas such as math, science, language arts, social studies etc., depending on the student’s grade level.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide feedback to parents on the student’s strengths and weaknesses related to their academic performance.
• Communicate with parents regarding the student’s academic successes and challenges as well as areas of concern that need to be addressed with the parent or school personnel if needed.

We are looking for a Tutor who is passionate about teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and be able to create a positive learning environment for the students that they will be working with.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or the equivalent.
