The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Arabic and English, possess strong customer service skills, and have a background in finance or accounting. Key responsibilities include executing the renewal life cycle and developing renewal strategies in collaboration with internal teams. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support/service and/or management of accounts receivable.
  • Experience in sales processes including quoting, billing, and contracts is a plus.
  • Basic project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating and securing account renewals while enhancing customer trust.
  • Executing phases of the renewal process, including account review and quote creation.
  • Monitoring at-risk renewals/accounts and developing plans of action.
