Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Receive invoices, verify compliance with policies and UAE law.
  • Book invoices and process payments in the system.
  • Monitor accounts payable, ensuring payments are up to date.
  • Reconcile vendor balances at month-end.
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain accounts payable files.
  • Reimburse office expenses and book entries.
  • Book credit card transactions after receiving documentation.
  • Keep proper filing of all invoices.
  • Support colleagues during absences.
