Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking a data-driven professional to publish dashboards for an ultra-fast grocery unit and streamline reporting processes. The role focuses on automating data models while partnering with BI engineers, PMs, and analysts to translate business needs into reliable data pipelines.

You will maintain operational excellence, ensure timely publishing for weekly reviews, and drive improvements in data delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with automation and analysis to drive process improvements, or experience developing financial models in Excel using advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Publish dashboards for the Ultra fast grocery team.
• Streamline reporting mechanisms and automate models.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, BI Engineers and PMs to understand data needs and deliver clean raw data pipelines, maintaining clear ownership boundaries.
• Maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure reports are published on time for weekly reviews.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in business data science public administration finance engineering human resources or related field
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis or experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions pivot tables macros VBA Power Query

• Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports
