Job summary

A prominent regional firm in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a highly organized Proposal/Bid Coordinator to oversee the preparation of proposals, EOIs, and bids for key projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in proposal coordination, preferably in Architecture or Construction. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This role is vital for ensuring that all submissions meet client requirements and are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in proposal or bid coordination, preferably in Architecture, Engineering Consultancy, or Construction.
• Familiarity with RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, tendering web portals, and UAE government tender processes.
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals, EOIs, and bids.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and management to gather and develop content.
• Track tenders and manage submission timelines.
