Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality in Abu Dhabi seeks a Bellman to welcome guests, assist with luggage, share local information, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

You will escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, help with transportation arrangements and restaurant tips, and collaborate with hotel teams to deliver seamless guest service and a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxi bookings and valet services.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance with directions, restaurant recommendations, and other inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area and luggage storage area.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist with valet parking services as needed.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding guest interactions, safety protocols, and confidentiality.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager or other supervisory personnel.
