Job summary

CAE Inc is seeking an experienced Bell 412 Simulator Instructor to join our world-class training team in the United Arab Emirates. The role delivers high-quality flight simulator instruction to pilots while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and CAE training objectives for Bell 412 operations.

The successful candidate will prepare aviation professionals for safe, efficient operations, maintain current knowledge of Bell 412 systems, and contribute to ongoing program and courseware

Qualifications

• Valid Bell 412 Type Rating (preferred).
• Minimum of 1,000 hours total flight time, with significant Bell 412 experience.
• Previous experience as a flight or simulator instructor (rotary-wing).
• Must be EASA qualified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground school and simulator training for Bell 412 pilots in accordance with FAA, EASA, GCAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Deliver instruction on normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures, aircraft systems, and operational performance.
• Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and complete documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell 412 systems and procedures and industry best practices.
• Assist in development and continuous improvement of training programs and courseware.
• Ensure compliance with CAE’s Safety Management System (SMS) and uphold safety and professionalism.
