Job summary

A leading retail organization in Dubai is seeking a Store Supervisor to enhance customer service and support staff in maximizing sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of retail experience, education, and an understanding of health & beauty retail. Proficiency in English is essential, and familiarity with Arabic is a plus. This role includes working with various departments to ensure effective store operations and providing feedback to management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level).
• A secondary / high school education.
• An understanding of cosmetics or health & beauty retail.
• English language skills, both written and verbal (Arabic language skills are also desirable).
• PC literate.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives and maintain customer service.
• Collaborate with departments for effective store operation.
• Provide feedback to store and area managers.
• Deputize for the Store Manager during leave.
