We areseeking a highly motivated and results-oriented female Beauty Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Client's clinic in Dubai. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the business, from client satisfaction to staff development. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations and Management:

The Beauty Clinic Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards. This includes developing and implementing operational procedures and protocols to maintain a positive client experience, managing inventory control of beauty products and supplies, overseeing clinic budgets and financial accountability, scheduling appointments, managing a team of 8 staff members, and ensuring smooth clinic workflow.

Client Experience & Service:

The Beauty Clinic Manager is responsible for maximizing client satisfaction and retention. This involves leading the team in providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring clear communication in Arabic, managing client inquiries and complaints, and overseeing marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.

Staff Management & Development:

The Beauty Clinic Manager plays a key role in leading and motivating the team. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training qualified staff members, motivating and coaching them to achieve performance goals, maintaining a positive and professional work environment, and ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures.

Compliance & Regulations:

The Beauty Clinic Manager will ensure the clinic adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of beauty industry standards and best practices.
