About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Barista/Bartender to join Lobby Lounge in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Provide friendly, personalized service by understanding guest needs, offering recommendations, and upselling where appropriate.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to recipes, standards, and licensing regulations.
• Process all orders and payments accurately, ensuring responsible service of beverage.
• Set up, open, close, and clean the bar, ensuring proper presentation and equipment readiness.
• Maintain hygiene and stock control, including FIFO rotation, garnish storage, and glassware availability.
• Follow SOPs and HSE standards, support the team, and handle guest feedback professionally.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• One year of experience in the restaurant sector: within a 5‑star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting.
• Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
