We re looking for candidates who have 2 years of hands-on barista experience in the UAE Experience working with a reputable well-established specialty coffee or international coffee brand Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages coffee preparation milk steaming and latte art Good understanding of coffee quality consistency and presentation Good spoken English Excellent customer service and communication skills A professional energetic and positive personality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness hygiene and food-safety standards Good grooming and a professional appearance Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays when required.
