Job Title: Barista

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The role requires a person who is able to provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other specialty drinks, as well as suggest food items to customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso-based beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, Americanos, etc.
• Suggest food items to customers that complement their beverage orders.
• Follow health and safety standards while preparing beverages and handling food items.
• Ensure all areas of the café are kept clean and stocked during shifts.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and answering their questions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Take payments from customers for beverages or food items purchased.

Skills/Requirements:

• At least 1 year of barista experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Working knowledge of espresso machines, grinders and other café equipment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
