Job summary

Meliá Hotels International in Dubai is seeking a passionate Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and service standards, while delivering friendly and professional guest service in a luxury hotel environment.

Located in the iconic Opus by Omniyat, ME Dubai is the first ME by Meliá hotel in the Middle East — and the only hotel in the world designed inside and out by the late Dame Zaha Hadid. Nestled in the heart of the Burj Khalifa district, ME Dubai features 93 rooms and suites, with Central Cosmo Tapas and Bar as its signature F&B outlet.

We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves preparing and serving beverages according to recipes and service standards, maintaining strong product knowledge, providing friendly and professional guest service, and ensuring the work area remains clean and organized. The Barista is also expected to maintain high standards of personal appearance, hygiene and grooming in line with hotel standards.
