We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Sharjah on a temporary basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure consistent quality in every drink served
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including equipment, workstations, and dining areas
• Take orders from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Follow all food safety procedures

Requirements:

• Malayalee nationality preferred
• No English language skills required
• Previous experience as a Barista is not necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for coffee
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary: 1300$ per month
