Job Duties and Responsibilities

• The Barista is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing hot and cold beverages according to customers’ orders while following all recipes accurately.
• The successful candidate will also need to maintain the cleanliness of the store's equipment, counters, shelves, utensils, cups and other items as required.
• Furthermore, they must demonstrate good organizational skills when stocking items or cleaning surfaces.

Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a high volume setting; they should also have excellent interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates must also be able to work independently or as part of a team in order to meet customer needs promptly.
• Additionally, the successful applicant should possess basic knowledge of brewing methods such as espresso extraction as well as latte art techniques.
