Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, coffee, tea, iced drinks, and light food per menu and safety standards.
• Operate coffee equipment and replenish beans regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer menu questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, kitchen, and client areas, including restrooms.
• Handle cash register, take orders, and serve drinks in meeting rooms.
• Stock inventory and manage weekly supplies with the F&B manager.
• Develop barista skills: milk foaming, latte art, espresso, blending techniques.
• Educate clients on coffee preparation standards and promote specials.
• Collaborate with Center Manager to ensure smooth operations.
