Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled Barista to join our Abu Dhabi café team. You will prepare coffee, operate espresso machines, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting beverage offerings while ensuring high presentation standards and guest satisfaction. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista or Café Staff.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages.
• Operate and maintain professional espresso machines and coffee grinders.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area.
• Restock inventory and monitor beverage supplies.
• Follow UAE food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Promote menu items and upsell beverages and snacks.
